Due to COVID-19, this year’s Annual Meeting will be a Video Conference via Zoom on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 from 6:30pm to 8pm.

In order to join the meeting you may us a computer to access the web based link to the meeting.

Attached you will find a proxy. Please fill out the attached proxy and return it to us whether you plan on attending the meeting or not. We realize that sometimes issues pop up and at the last minute you are not able to attend, so this is why we ask for your proxy. If you turn in your proxy and still come to the meeting, your presence at the meeting will replace your proxy. Proxies need to be returned to M Group Management by Monday, November 9, 2020.
